I THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 7, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Resolution Adopting Ordinance No. 17 for Sanitation District No. 5. The Board as the governing body of Contra Costa County Sanitation District No. 5 on July 10, 1990 fixed August 7, 1990 for a hearing .on Ordinance No. 17 amending Ordinance No. 1 of Sanitation District No. 5, establishing the annual sewer charge for fiscal year 1990-91. The Board having heard and considered all objections or protests, if any, to said ordinance; THE BOARD HEREBY FINDS that the noticing required by Section 54992 of the Government Code had been made; IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that Ordinance No. 17 is hereby ADOPTED. IT IS BY THE BOARD FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk is DIRECTED to cause a copy of Ordinance No. 17 to be published pursuant to Section 3 of said ordinance. Passed by 2/3 vote of the Board. DISTRICT NO. 5 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as and constitut- ing . the Board of Directors of Contra Costa County Sanitation District No. 5, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. ANNUAL UNIT CHARGE. For Fiscal Year 1990-91, the "Annual Unit Charge" referred to in Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1 is $320.44 SECTION 2. COLLECTION ON TAR ROLL. The District hereby elects to collect the annual sewer service charges on the Fiscal Year 1990-91 tax roll. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days after passage shall be published once with the names of Supervisors voting for and against it in the West County Times, a newspaper published in the County and circulated in the District.
