RESOLUTION NO. 90/514
SUBJECT: Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the annexation of
Subdivision 6769 and APN'S 365-160-004 and 365-170-017 as Zone 19
(Hidden Pond Road) to the County Landscaping and Lighting District
AD 1979-3 (LL-2) in the Martinez Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board PROPOSES to annex Subdivision 6769 and APN'S 365-
160-004 and 365-170-017 as Zone 19 (Hidden Pond Road) to the County
Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) pursuant to the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (section 22500 and following,
Streets and Highways Code) for the purposes of the following
improvements.
Maintain, service and operate all landscaping and irrigation
facilities within Zone 19 of the County Landscaping and Lighting
District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) .
The proposed Zone 19 shall include the land shown on the map
designated, Assessment Diagram A.D. 1979-3 (LL-2) , Zone 19 (Hidden
Pond Road) which map is on file with the clerk of the Board and is
hereby approved.
The Public Works Director is hereby designated Engineer for
the purpose of these annexation proceedings. The Board hereby
DIRECTS the Engineer to prepare and file with the Clerk of the
Board a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
