Lease Surplus Real Property at Highland )

The Board or Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
This Board DECLARES its intention to sell an option to sublease
the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein, under the terms and conditions contained in
the Notice of Intention to lease real property attached hereto and
made a part hereof .
The Notice of Public Land Lease for said property prepared by
the County Lease Manager is hereby APPROVED.
This Board sets Monday, October 1, 1990 at 2 : 00 p.m. at 1220
Morello Avenue, Suite 100, Martinez, as the time and place where
sealed bid proposals shall be opened and declared prior to call for
oral bids .
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached
notice of the adoption of this Resolution and of the time and place
of holding said public sale posted in three (3) public places in
the County as follows :
1 . At 1220 Morello Avenue, Suite 100, Martinez, California .
2 . At the Martinez Public Library, Martinez, California.
3 . At the County Administration Building, Martinez,
California.
not less than fifteen days from the date of said sale, and said
notice published in THE CONTRA. COSTA TIMES I a newspaper of
general circulation, pursuant to Government Code Section 6063 .
This Board further DETERMINES that the above project is a Class
3 Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality
Act, and DIRECTS the Community Development Department to FILE a
Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.
PASSED on August 28, 1990 by unanimous vote of board members
present.
CERTIFICATION
I certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Contra Costa at a meeting of the Board on the date
indicated.

All that real property lying within the County of Contra Costa, State of California,
and more particularly being a portion of Section 25, Township 1 South, Range
1 East, and Section 30, Township 1 South . Range 2 East , Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian described as follows
That portion of Section 25 , Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows :
Commencing at the U. S.C: & G. S. Standard triangulation survey monument "Marsh"
which has a north coordinate of 481,241:97 and an east coordinate of 11622,308.84,
said coordinates based on the California State Plane Coordinate System, lone
III . Station "Marsh" bears South 500 26 ' 04" East from another U.S.C. b G.S.
triangulation monument designated "Diablo" , the coordinates of which are on
file in the Public Works Department , County of Contra Costa; thence from said
point of commencement North 270 53 ' 16" East 63. 26 feet to the true point of
beginning ; thence from said point of beginning North 120 31 ' 010 East 50.00

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa
County has on August 28, 1990 adopted Resolution No. 90/577 , declaring
its intention to sell an option to sublease a parcel of land, approximately
3,500 square feet in size, located at Highland Peak, Morgan Territory area.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is proposed to sell said option to the
highest bidder or bidders for cash; that Monday, October 1, 1990, at 2:00 p.m.
at 1220 Morello Avenue, Suite 100, Martinez, has been fixed as the time and
place when sealed bids will be opened and considered; and that the minimum bid
is $100.00.
At the time set for the opening of bids, any person present may offer
orally to increase the amount of the highest written bid by at least five
percent (5%) and to continue thereafter to bid orally in any amount until the
highest oral bid is made.
The highest bid or bids will be presented to the Board of Supervisors for
acceptance. The Board may accept more than one bid.
A Notice of Public Land Lease containing terms and conditions of the
sale, bid forms, and a specific description of the property will be furnished
by the County Lease Manager, 1220Morello Avenue, Suite 100, Martinez,
California 94553 (Phone 646-4616) , on request.
