HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08281990 - 1.11 Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on August 28, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisors Schroder and McPeak ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/569 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision Agreement for MS 114-79, Alhambra Valley Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision MS 114-79 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Robert C. Gertz heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above-described improvements are accepted as complete as of June 21, 1990. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one-year warranty period required for the private roads in question, and said roads are not accepted into the county Road system or otherwise accepted as public roads. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 39280, dated March 17, 1981) shall not be subject to refund, said deposit having been applied to the costs and charges incurred by the County in obtaining compliance with the Subdivision Agreement.
