Costa County DATE: August 21, 1990 CUSra C`oUN SUBJECT: RENTAL AGREEMENT - 333 C Street, Martinez SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDATION AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Rental Agreement with Brooke Jones and Robert Stolinski for the premises at 333 C Street, Martinez, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement. DETERMINE that the above project is a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT This Rental Agreement will provide revenue to the Health Ser- vices Department of $575 . 00 per month. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND This property was purchased as part of the long-term plan for the hospital development. The tenants, who were in the property at the time of purchase, will rent from the County under a month-to-month agreement until they find other accommodations.
