Amending Subdivision Agreement,) RESOLUTION NO. 83/1246

The following substitute security to guarantee the road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code was presented
for Board approval this date:
Security with Blackhawk Development Company as principal in the form
of a rider (dated November 28, 1983) to the corporate surety bond (Bond No. 9382508)
dated August 7, 1981, and issued by Fidelity and Deposit Company. This rider
names The Country Club of Blackhawk Improvement Association, Inc. to be a co-obligee
under the bond and provides for the interests of Contra Costa County to be recognized
first.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement approved
by the Board on August 18, 1981, is hereby AMENDED to allow The Country Club
of Blackhawk Improvement Association, Inc. to be a co-obligee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED
to sign the original and two copies of said rider.
