Box 942849, Sacramento 94249 , in response to the Board' s concern with respect to clear jurisdictional guidelines for violations in the Delta, advising that the Regional Manager, Department of Fish and Game, will soon be contacting the Board for a full discussion. ***REFERRED TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR 1.66 Letter dated July 19, 1990 from Robert K.
