Services c A DATE: July 31, 1990 SUBJECT: PARKING EASEMENT AGREEMENT SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION - I . RECOMMENDATION AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Parking Easement Agreement with Duffel Financial and Construction Company for the premises at 30 Muir Road, Martinez, and approve the recording of said Easement. II . FINANCIAL IMPACT None. III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND This Parking Easement Agreement completes one of the terms of the Purchase Agreement with Duffel when 30 Muir Road, Martinez, was developed. It provides for additional County parking during office hours on the adjoining theatre parcel owned by Duffel in exchange for parking by Duffel during evening hours on the County' s parcel .
