RESOLUTION NO. 90/488
SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING
THE SIDE LETTER WITH THE
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY APPRAISERS' ASSN.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
1. On July 31, 1990 the Employee Relations Manager submitted a Side Letter
dated July 11, 1990 (attached) entered into with the Contra Costa County
Appraisers' Association outlining a revised Associate Appraiser and
Appraiser Analyst wage formula for purposes of recalculating a percentage
wage adjustment effective July 1, 1990.
2. The Board having thoroughly considered said Side Letter agreement, same
is approved.
3. If an Ordinance is required to implement any of the foregoing provisions,
the Board of Supervisors shall enact said Ordinance.
THIS RESOLUTION is effective as of July .1, 1990.
