J The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: The Board did, on June 19, 1990, fix 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 24, 1990, In Its Chambers, Administration Building, Martinez, California as the time and place for a public hearing on the proposed County Training Institute Fee-Schedule for cities and other public agencies whose employees participate In Institute programs. Notice of said hearing was duly given pursuant to Government Code Section 54994.1. This Board hereby ADOPTS Resolution No. 90/483 authorizing the fee schedule (Attachment). I.hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown. Typically, the fee for presenting a one day (eight-hour) training program is $250.00. The fee for each additional session of the same program is $100.00. Organizational Development Consulting Services The Institute's consulting services focus on meeting management and organi- zational needs beyond the training arena. Consulting fees are $250.00 per day. The Institute provides the following consulting services: * Productivity improvement strategies * Team building * Retreat design/facilitation * Survey feedback and action planning * Role clarification * Conflict resolution * Group problem solving * Planned change implementation * Training needs assessment * Performance Management (Performance Evaluation) development and design.
