MICHAEL WALFORD, CHIEF ENGINEER DATE: July 24, 1990 SUBJECT: Environmental Impact Report for the Marsh Creek Watershed Project No.: 7505-6F8168 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) &BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: ACKNOWLEDGE receipt of the Draft Environmental Impact Report and the Response .to Comments for the Marsh Creek Watershed Regional Drainage Plan. II. Financial Impact: None. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: On July 31, 1990, this Board will hold a hearing for the establishment of Drainage Areas 104, 105, 106; 107, and 108 in the Marsh Creek watershed. A Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) has been prepared for this project. On July 24, 1990 this Board received a copy of the DEIR and the Response to Comments document. This Board Order is intended to acknowledge the receipt of the above documents.
