1. 104 Letter dated July 12 , 1990 from Mayor Joel Keller, City
of Antioch, P.O. Box 130, Antioch 94509, requesting
confirmation that a condition is included in the
Development Agreement or use permit for the Marsh Canyon
Landfill guaranteeing that transfer trucks will not be
allowed to traverse Antioch except on Highway 4 and the
Delta Expressway.

IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the aforesaid actions as
