SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO LEASE - 1220 MORELLO AVENUE, SUITE 203 , MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUESTS)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONIlIENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, an Amendment to Lease with the AB
Development Company for the premises at 1220 Morello Avenue,
Suite 203 , Martinez, for occupancy by the General Services
Department-Administration, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the General
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
The General Services Department has requested additonal space
in their current building to consolidate their Administration
personnel in one location
