Code Sec. 25526.5) SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Real Property Wildcat Creek Project No. 7527-6D8617 Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation district, RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired the real property on Wildcat Creek in Richmond, described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto, for flood control purposes. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for District or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10, 000.00. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property to Ninomiya Nursery Co. , pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the District as partial consideration for property conveyed by Ninomiya Nursery Co. to the District for the Wildcat Creek flood control project. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Deed to be delivered to the grantee.
