SUBJECT: Funding For The Homeless Revolving Loan Fund
Supervisor McPeak advised the Board of Supervisors of a need of
$50, 000 . 00 to get the revolving loan fund for the homeless through the

Mr. Rydingsword that the Family and Children' s Committee (FACT) had
indicated an interest in using some of the dollars that have been
contributed into that fund to provide the underwriting of the
revolving fund and that they will make a final determination or
decision sometime in October. She proposed that in the meantime that
the Board take $5, 000. 00 of the remaining $50,000. 00 voluntarily
contributed by Smith Development and contribute that to the revolving
fund for the next month and hope for a favorable response from FACT.
