Recommended Action: APPROVE Relocation Assistance claims from Robert Hauser dated July 21, 1989. AUTHORIZE Principal Real Property Agent to sign claims on behalf of the County. APPROVE payment of $4,500 for relocation assistance obliga- tion resulting from Fire District's purchase of property adjacent to Moraga Road Station, when claimant was a tenant. AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in the amount of $4,500 to Robert. Hauser to be forwarded to the Real Property DivIsion for delivery. II. Financial Impact: Payment of $4, 500 from Moraga Fire Protection District acquisition funds. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The relocation rights and benefits are required by law. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: Negative action may result in litigation, appeal and legal exposure and expense for the County.
