The Noise Impact Study is part of the documentation required for
the preparation of a Negative Declaration of Environmental
Significance.
The Transportation Committee has reviewed this matter on
September 11, 1989 .
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION
Failure to approve a Consulting Services Agreement for the study
will result in inadequate environmental documentation and the
project would not be constructed.
