of Pleasanton and the intended painting subcontractor
was Tolner Painting of Menlo Park. The listed fire
protection subcontractor was Cosco Fire Protection of
Hayward and the intended fire protection subcontractor
was Marquee Fire Protection of Sacramento.
C. Both of the subcontractors listed in error and both of
the intended subcontractors have been notified of the
error. in accordance with Public Contract Code Section
4107. 5 and all have agreed that an inadvertent clerical
error was made and have submitted letters consenting to
the substitutions.
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Failure to approve this recommendation will leave the matter
unresolved and will delay awarding of the contract for
construction and will thus delay comp etion of the project.
