JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
A. APPROVE Amendment to Right of Way Contract from Paul
Palizzolo.
B. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way
Contract on behalf of the District.
C. APPROVE payment of $100 for said property rights and
AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in
said amount payable to Paul Palizzolo.

II. Financial Impact:
Payment of $100 from Drainage Area 40A funds.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The installation of the storm drain line required the removal
of two trees which were not valued in the original appraisal.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have compensated for all the rights to
allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications.
