THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on -August 8, 1989 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. RA 89-14
SUBJECT: Authorization to accept an advance of )
$50 ,000 from the County of Contra Costa)
and execute a Repayment Agreement. )
On May 16 , 1989 the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution No.
89/322 designating a Redevelopment Survey Area in Rodeo. The
County of Contra Costa and the Redevelopment Agency both desire
that investigation of these areas for their potential as
redevelopment projects proceed as quickly as possible. The
County of Contra Costa has agreed to advance the Redevelopment
Agency $50 ,000 to proceed with surveys and process projects for
adoption.
Therefore, the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency does
hereby resolve that it:
1. Accepts an advance of $50,000 from the County of Contra
Costa for the purpose of processing potential redevelopment
projects in the unincorporated area of Rodeo;
2. Approves and authorizes the Executive Director or his
designee to execute a Repayment Agreement;
3. Amends the Redevelopment Agency budget. accordingly.
