SUBJECT: (AMENDMENT TO LEASE FOR DATA PROCESSING
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. ' RECOMMENDATION
I
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, an Amendment to Lease with Dominic A.
Fanelli for the premises at 5528B Pacheco Boulevard, Pacheco.
II1 FINANCIAL IMPACT
This amendment shortens the term of the lease for 5528B
j Pacheco Boulevard, Pacheco, and terminates the financial
responsibilities of the County under the terms and conditions
of the lease as of September 8 , 1989.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: Data Processing will
complete the move to the newly constructed building at 30
Douglas Drive, Martinez, on September 8, 1989.
