Adopted this Resolution on August 8, 1989 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 89/536
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6475, Lafayette
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 6475 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Lusk Homes-Lafayette
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of August 8, 1989
thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .there is no need for a one year
warranty period and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
refund the $1,600 cash security for performance (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 108487, dated May 15, 1986) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to
Lusk Homes-Lafayette pursuant to the requirements of the
Ordinance Code.
