This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. Code, SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an uninhabited annexation of the
subject territory to County Service Area P-5 and the purpose of
the proposed change of .organization is to allow efficient
provision of police service to the subject territory. The
exterior boundaries of the subject territory are as described in
Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit
A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area P-5. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject
to the aforestated terms and conditions .

All deed and map reference hereinafter referred to are as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, State of California.
That certain parcel of land situated in the State of California, County
of Contra costa, an unincorporated area, described as follows:
Being all of Subdivision 7062 recorded December 28, 1988, in Book 329
of Maps at Page 5, Contra Costa County, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Subdivision 7062, said point
being the true point of beginning; thence North 88008'39" East 554.69 feet;
thence South 05029148" West 503.38 feet; thence North 76039'03" West 525.55
feet; thence North 00049105" East 361.80 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 5.31 acres more or less.

BOUNDARY DESCRLFITION
All of that property situated in Contra Costa County, California, being a
portion of Rancho Monte Del Diablo. All references to boundary lines and
ownerships are of the Records of said County.
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Ayers Road with the
centerline of Laurel Drive, thence, leaving said Point of Beginning, along
the centerline of Laurel Drive, northwesterly 1,935 feet, more or less, to a
point on the easterly right of way line of the Baypoint & Clayton Railroad
recorded in Book 167 of Deeds at page 353; thence, along said easterly line,
southerly 220 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the southeasterly
prolongation of the southwesterly boundary line of Laura Park - Unit No. 3
filed April 2, 1953 in Book 50 of Maps at page 12; thence, along said
southeasterly prolongation and said southwesterly boundary line, north 460
33' 10" west 934.28 feet, more or less, to the most westerly corner of Lot
36 (50 M 12) ; thence leaving said southeasterly boundary line of Laura Park

Maps at page 13; thence, along the southeasterly line of Int 3, south 290
