Code, SS 56000-57550) . This proposal is for an uninhabited annexation of the subject territory to County Service Area P-5 and the purpose of the proposed change of .organization is to allow efficient provision of police service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto. The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that: The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A. The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded indebtedness of County Service Area P-5. The regular county assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the subject territory. That certain parcel of land situated in the State of California, County of Contra costa, an unincorporated area, described as follows: Being all of Subdivision 7062 recorded December 28, 1988, in Book 329 of Maps at Page 5, Contra Costa County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Subdivision 7062, said point being the true point of beginning; thence North 88008'39" East 554.69 feet; thence South 05029148" West 503.38 feet; thence North 76039'03" West 525.55 feet; thence North 00049105" East 361.80 feet to the true point of beginning.
