HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08221989 - 1.7 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 22 , 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisors Powers and McPeak ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period under the Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 6758 on Vine Hill Way, Martinez Area. On December 15, 1987, this Board resolved that the improvements for Vine Hill Way Road Acceptance were completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with The Meads Group, and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Road Improvement Agreement is EXONERATED. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken ano entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
