BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
Various projects are completed or cancelled during the course of
the program year leaving residual fund balances. These funds are
identified and placed in the CDBG Contingency fund to be used for
other projects. The reallocation of funds to the Pre-School
project will cover construction and architectural costs for the
expansion of the pre-school located on Chester Drive in Pittsburg.
