Amendment - Hodges & Shutt
August 22, 1989
Page 2
REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND:
These Amendments revise the Agreement signed on February 20, 1987
between Contra Costa County and Hodges & Shutt for expenses related
to construction observation services for AIP #3-06-0050-05 . When
the original Agreement was signed, there were uncertainties in the
scope and timing of construction for this project. It was stated
that the cost estimate for this work would be submitted to the
County for approval after the award of contract for the project.
This contract was awarded on October 18, 1988 .
