Bragdon ^ � Director of Community Development C la DATE: July 1.9, 1989 County SUBJECT: Lease Agreement with Crockett Recreation Association SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS Authorize Chairman to execute lease with Crockett Recreation Association for park property at intersection of Pomona and Rolph in Crockett. FISCAL IMPACT One dollar per year lease. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The East Bay Regional Park District Bond Act known as Measure AA requires the County to show tenure control in order to expend funds. The lease agreement will establish the necessary tenure control.
