HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08011989 - 1.12 1-12- THE -i2THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this 'Order on August 1, 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak $ Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit under the Road Warranty Agreement for DP 3056- 84, Pacheco Area. APN# 125-120-021. On ' July 12 , 1988, this Board resolved that the improvements for DP 3056-84 were completed and that such improvements were constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement, and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 141880, dated June 20, 1988) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, .to B & B Grading & Paving , pursuant to the Road Warranty Agreement and Ordinance Code Section 94-4 .406. 1 hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
