SUBJECT: Hearing On Petition By Joseph and Dorothy Pereira To
Cancel The Restrictions Of An Agricultural Preserve
Contract (File 03-73) In The Briones Hills Area.
On August 8, 1989, the Board of Supervisors deferred to this date
the decision on the petition by Joseph and Dorothy Pereira to cancel
pursuant to Section 51282 of the Government Code the restrictions of
an Agricultural Preserve Contract (File #3-73) for a 45 acre parcel
located at 1130 Christie Road in the Briones Hills area.
The Board was advised by staff that the petition was withdrawn.
