On August 8, 1989, the Board of Supervisors deferred to this date the decision on the petition by Joseph and Dorothy Pereira to cancel pursuant to Section 51282 of the Government Code the restrictions of an Agricultural Preserve Contract (File #3-73) for a 45 acre parcel located at 1130 Christie Road in the Briones Hills area.
