SUBJECT: Lease Amendment for the Public Defender. v�"`JI
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Lease Amendment, amending the Lease
dated June 15, 1982 with William Lowe and Phyllis Lowe for the
premises at 3811 Bissell Avenue, Richmond for continued
occupancy by the Public Defender, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease
Amendment.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the Miscellaneous
Properties budget of the General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for continued use of office space as requested by the
Public Defender.
