I. Recommended Action:
A. ACCEPT Grant Deed dated June 27, 1989 from the Carquinez
Coalition.
B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above
referenced Grant Deed recorded in the office of the
County Recorder.
II. Financial Impact:

III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
As of June 30, 1989, the Carquinez Coalition no longer
provided child care services on the real property commonly
known as 200 Lake Avenue, Rodeo, California in the County of
Contra Costa, Assessor's Parcel Number 357-054-016; and
whereas pursuant to a Deed of Development Rights which was
entered into with the County of Contra Costa and recorded on
July 24, 1980, it is necessary for the Carquinez Coalition,
Inc. , to convey said real property to the County of Contra
Costa.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The County would not be complying with the terms set forth in
the Deed of Development Rights recorded July 24 , 1980, Book
9925, page 415.
