SUBJECT: EXERCISING AN OPTION TO EXTEND THE LEASE FOR SUPERVISOR,
DISTRICT IV, AND SOCIAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
EXERCISE the County' s second option to extend the Lease dated
March 9, 1982 for the premises at 2301 Stanwell Drive,
Concord, for continued occupancy by the Supervisor, District
IV and the Social Service Department, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said
lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budgets of the General
Services and Social Service Departments.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides for continued
use of the office and warehouse as required by the occupants.

I. RECONEENDATION
EXERCISE the County' s first option to extend the Lease dated
July 1 , 1986, with Leland Regency Plaza for the premises at
300 East Leland Street, Suite 100, Pittsburg, for continued
occupancy by the Supervisor, District V, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the General
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as requested by the Supervisor,
District V.
