RECOMMENDATION EXERCISE the County' s second option to extend the Lease dated March 9, 1982 for the premises at 2301 Stanwell Drive, Concord, for continued occupancy by the Supervisor, District IV and the Social Service Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said lease. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budgets of the General Services and Social Service Departments. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides for continued use of the office and warehouse as required by the occupants.
