SUBJECT; LEASE- - 595 CENTER AVENUE, MARTINEZ W
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Subordination Agreement with Heller
Financial, Inc. , for the premises at 595 Center Avenue,
Martinez which are leased from Duffel Financial and
Construction Company.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
III. REASONS FOR RECONIlYEENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
The County has entered into two leases with Duffel Financial
and Construction Company for the premises at 595 Center
Avenue, Martinez. In order for the Duffel Company to obtain
permanent financing for the project, a Subordination Agreement
is required.
