REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: In FY 1987-88, the Alcohol/Drug Abuse/Mental Health . Under contract 424-396-2 , Diane Frary has provided technical assistance and consultation required to conduct this activity. Novation Contract #24-396-3 with Diane Frary is necessary to conclude this complex planning process during an appropriate time frame . The Department is in the process of creating a personnel position to replace this Contractor and anticipates that the position will be in place during this fiscal year . This contract will be terminated wh the new position is filled .
