(Kellogg Creek) reservoir project. The Flood Control District
benefits by having the data for use in our Kellogg Creek
detention basin study and in our data base for the Countywide
hydrology system. Contra Costa Water District benefits by having
the data for the design and construction of Los Vaqueros
reservoir.
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION
Loss of opportunity to continue a mutually beneficial data
collection program as well as the loss of a cooperative effort by
two public agencies. The Contra Costa Water District would
further be affected by having to hire an outside engineering firm
at a considerable increase of cost to the Water District.
