Recommended Action: ACCEPT Quitclaim Deed dated July 27, 1988, Earth Disposal Permit dated August 22, 1988 and Temporary Construction Permit from the City of Richmond. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said permits on behalf of the District. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Deed recorded in the office of the County Recor- der.
