THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on September 20, 1988 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors - Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Tor,lakson & Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Authorizing Acceptance of Instrument.
The Public Works Director having reported that USX
Corporation owns the Property Proposed to be subdivided by
Subdivision MS 28-88 into three Parcels, A, B, and C, and that
GWF Power Systems Company, Inc. is the subdivider and plans to
purchase Parcel A; and
The Public Works Director having further reported that
Parcel A was granted an exception to the Ordinance Code to allow
it to drain to Kirker Creek and that GWF Power Systems Company,
Inc. will be constructing improvements to Kirker Creek and
directing the site drainage from Parcel A to Kirker Creek; and
that Parcels B and C drain onto the lands of USS/POSCO and that
USS/POSCO has executed a drainage release for Subdivision MS 28-
88 to accept their storm waters, exclusive of GWF Power Systems
(Parcel A) which will drain to the creek, and 'recommends
acceptance of said drainage release.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the following
instrument is hereby ACCEPTED:

SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along
Loveridge Road for Subdivision MS 28-88, Pittsburg
Area. Assessor's Parcel No. 073-200-012.
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be
authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with USX
Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, as required by the
Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 28-88. This agreement
would permit the deferment of construction of permanent
improvements along Loveridge Road which is located at the north
west corner of the intersection with Pittsburg-Antioch Highway in
the Pittsburg area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of
the Public Works Director is APPROVED.
