Adopted this Resolution on September 20, 1988, by the following
vote:

SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easement to West Contra Costa Sanitary
District, San Pablo Creek

The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
of RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District acquired the real property on San Pablo Creek in
Richmond, for flood control purposes. The West Contra Costa
Sanitary District has requested an easement over a portion of
said property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for
sewer purposes. This Board FINDS that the conveyance of such
easement is in the public interest and will not substantially
conflict or interfere with the County's use of the property.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance
of an easement to West Contra Costa Sanitary District, over the
property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, pursuant to
Government Code Section 25526. 6 and the Board Chair is hereby
AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of the
District as part of an acquisition/trade transaction between the
parties.
The Real Property Division . is DIRECTED to cause said
easement to be delivered to the grantee.
The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not have a
significant effect on the environment, and DETERMINES that the
project is exempt from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption
under County Guidelines and Section 15312 of the State CEQA
Guidelines, and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a
Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. This activity has
been found to conform to the County General Plan.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

District recorded March 10, 1987 in Book 13498 at Page 131 of Official
Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the 1 1/2 inch iron pipe mcnnmient at the center line
intersection of Parr Boulevard and Garden Tract Road as shown on the map
entitled "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan, contra Costa
County, North Ridward. Bypass" recorded November 5, 1969 in Book 5998 at
page 209, Official Records of said County, said 1 1/2 inch iron pipe
momm*nt bears north 88007151" west 701.80 feet from a standard Contra Costa
County street mornm*nt at the intersection of North Richnond Bypass and Parr
Boulevard as shown on said map; thence from said point of ccare=ement south
54028156" east 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the following
described strip of land.
A strip of land 35.00 feet in width, the center line of which is .described
