SUBJECT: Literacy Alliance Committee
The Board received a letter dated August 25, 1988 from
Councilman Gregg Manning, City of Clayton, P.O. Box 280, Clayton
94517, advising of the efforts of the Contra Costa. Literacy
Alliance Committee on Public Awareness efforts to address and deal
with the problem of. illiteracy in the County.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the efforts of the
Literacy Alliance Committee are ENDORSED.
