SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice Of Intention
to Convey Real Property to
Nabeta Nursery, Inc.
San Pablo Creek
Project No. 7567-6D8632
Richmond Area
The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
RESOLVES THAT:
This Board intends to convey `'to Nabeta Nursery, Inc. ,
District owned real property described in the attached Notice in
accordance with the trade provisions of"the Right of Way Contract
on file in the Public Works Department.
The property to be conveyed is not required for County
use.
This Board hereby sets Tuesday, October 4, 1988 at 9:00
a.m. in the, Board's Chambers in the County Administration
Building;, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and
place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths
vote.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the
attached Notice published one time, at least one week preceding
the date set for hearing in the West County Times ,
a -newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code
Section 6061) .
The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not havea
significant effect on the environment, and DETERMINES that the
project is exempt from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption
under County Guidelines and Section 15312 of the State CEQA
Guidelines, and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a
Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. This activity has
been found to conform to the County General Plan.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY
(Gov. : C. Sec. 253.65) -
Notice is . hereby'. given that the Board of Supervisors- of Contra
Costa County, on September 13 , 1988, declared its intention to
convey to Nabeta Nursery, Inc. the following described real
property:
All that real property situated in th;e State of California,
County of Contra Costa described as follows
PARCEL X1488.1A
A portion of Lot F as shown on the map of Sampson Tams Ranch
filed July 1, 1907 in Book I of Maps at page 7 Records of Contra
Costa County, State of California, further described as follows:
Beginning at the most southeasterly corner of said Lot F (1 M 7) ;
thence, leaving' said oint of beginning along the southerly line
of said .lot north 88� 47 ' 341' 'west 100.00 feet; thence north 10
10' 23" east ,'701.81 feet to a point which shall hereinafter -be
referred to as Point "A" ; thence leaving' said Point "A" easterly
Along the arc of a non-tangent curve, concave; -to the north, the
center of which bears north 140 27 ' 55" west, ,having a radius of

property to Nabeta Nursery in exchange for property required for
the San Pablo Creek flood control project.
The Board will meet on Tuesday, October '4, 1988, at 9: 00 a.m. in
. the Board's - Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine
Street, Martinez, .California, to make , such conveyance by at
least a four-fifths vote.
