Manager, Bay Area Rapid Transit District, P.O. Box
12688 , Oakland 94604-2688 , expressing opposition to any
proposal. to reduce density in the Pleasant Hill BART.
Station Area development that might be contrary to the
BART-County Development Agreement.

3. 2 Letter dated August 18, 1988 from George C. Heitman,
Certified Family Law Specialist, P.O. Box 23163 ,
Pleasant Hill 94523 , requesting that the Board restore.
funding for Family Court Services.

3. 3 Letter dated August 1, 1988 from the Mayors of the
Cities of Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek and Pleasant
Hill requesting an allocation of $120,000 to support
outpatient drug counseling programs in Central Contra
Costa County, from funding made available as a result of
savings from the methadone program.

3.4 Letter dated August 22, 1988 from Sanford M. Skaggs,
President, Board of Directors, East Bay Municipal
Utility District, P.O. Box 24055 , Oakland 94623 ,
advising that the Board of Directors adopted a
moratorium for an indefinite period on annexations of
property outside its ultimate services area, and also
advising of a hearing scheduled for Septembr 27, 1988 at
1: 15 P.M. to hear comments on the effects of the
moratorium.
