FINANCIAL IMPACT: The project costs, including engineering and appropriate overhead charges, will be funded by Flood Control District Zone 2 . The bid due date was August 18, 1988 and no bids were received. In accordance with Section 22 of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Act, . the District can solicit and receive quotes for the .above project.
