I develop specific contracts with individual sub-recipients. Each contract provides a description, goal , time schedule and budget detail for each funded activity. 25% Contract Compliance and Monitoring - I am the Contract Compliurace Officer for the Community Development Program. I provide direction to sub-recipients as well as representatives from other County Departments as to applicable federal regulations and develop and update guidelines and procedures for compliance with these various regulations. I developed a monitoring guide, conduct all monitoring and provide technical assistance to all sub-recipients. 20% Fiscal Management - I maintain the financial accounting system for the Community Development Program. I prepare all contract budgets and review all expenditures of funds and process all demands for payments. I prepare the quarterly/semi-annual project progress and fiscal status report for the Housint. and Community Development Advisory Committee. 15% Reports Management - I prepare the Annual Grantee Performance Report, the . Annual Minority Business Enterprise Report and the EEO-4 Report as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. 20% General Program Administration - I represent the Community Development Program and coordinate with County Departments, sub-recipients, Cities, Districts and community representatives on all activities and projects undertaken in the program.
