SUBJECT: Request By Applicant For Time Extension In Order To Activate Final
Development Plan 3060-87.
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve applicant' s request and grant a one year time extension
beginning September 25 , 1988 (one year from date of entitlement)
extending until September 25 , 1989 .

BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
Final Development Plan 3060-87 was approved September 25 , 1987., as
phase six of Subdivision 6837 and Rezoning 2692-RZ (William
Conner, Applicant and Owner) . These applications made up the .
Bethel Island Golf Course Condominium Project, a planned unit
development.
A significant delay in construction planning resulted from the
regretable death of the owner, Edward H. Conner. The property is
now held by the Edward and Elizabeth Conner Foundation.
