THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ,
Adopted this Resolution on August 2, 1988 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/483
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6654 , San Ramon
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 6654 have been completed as of
August 2 , 1988 as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
Blackhawk Corporation heretofore approved by this Board in
conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
The Public Works Director having further notified this
Board that said subdivision has been annexed by the City of San
Ramon, and that the County has continued to perform inspection
services and perform routine staff duties in processing the
subdivision until its completion as agreed to with the City, and
that the City concurs in accepting the improvements in said
subdivision as complete. By accepting the improvements as
complete, the County does not accept any roads or easements for
maintenance.
The Public Works Director having also notified this Board
that these improvements have been completed with the exception of
minor deficiencies, for which a $36, 000 cash deposit (Auditor' s
Deposit Permit No. 140743 , dated May 24, 1988) was made by
Blackhawk Corporation to insure correction of cracked curb and
sidewalk;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete for the purpose of
establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens
in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $8, 501 cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 101919, dated December 16, 1985)
made by Blackhawk Corporation be RETAINED for one year pursuant
to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance bond be reduced
85% to $119, 014 as evidenced by bond rider (Bond No. 9862338)
issued by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in accordance
with Section 94-4 .406 of the Ordinance Code.
