Financial Impact: Payment totalling $1,100. 00 for the aforementioned contract will come from Appian Way Phase II road widening funds which are 86% reimbursable from Federal Highway Administration. III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: These property rights are required for the Appian Way Phase . II road widening project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV.
