I. Recommended Action:
APPROVE Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT Deed listed below:

Contract on behalf of the County.
APPROVE payment as listed above for said property rights and
AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue check in said
amountU payable to the listed payee, to be forwarded to the
Real Property Division for delivery.

DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above
referenced Grant Deed recorded in the office of the County
Recorder.
II. Financial Impact:
Payment totalling $1,100. 00 for the aforementioned contract
will come from Appian Way Phase II road widening funds which
are 86% reimbursable from Federal Highway Administration.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background:
These property rights are required for the Appian Way Phase .
II road widening project in accordance with approved plans
and specifications.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow
construction in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications.
