(Retirement Administrator)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows
(omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of
the enacted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code) :
SECTION 'I: SUMMARY. This ordinance adds Section 33-5 . 393 to the
County Ordinance Code to list in the Ordinance Code the Retire-
ment Administrator, which is excluded from the merit system by
Resolution No. 88/349 .
SECTION II: Section 33-5 . 393 is added to the County Ordinance
Code to read:
33-5 . 393 . Retirement Administrator. The Retirement
Administrator is exempt and is appointed by the Board of
Retirement of the Contra Costa County Employee's Retirement
Association. (Ord. 88-59, Res . No. 88/349, Govt. C. sec.
31522 . 2 . )
SECTION III: EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30
days after passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be
published once with the names of the supervisors voting for and
against it in the Martinez News Gazette a
newspaper published in this County.
PASSED ON July 26, 1988 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson, Schroder.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
