(S. D. IV) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS ( 1 ) Uphold the decision of the Zoning Administrator; require the applicant to obtain color approval for the Phase II , Wayside Plaza structures and change the structure colors accordingly. (2 ) Grant the appeal of the applicant and allow the existing colors (pink and blue) to remain as they area. The following people appeared to speak: Mark Armstrong, Attorney, P.O. Box 218, Danville, representing DESCO and Mrs. Robert E. Gumpert, 3183 Wayside Plaza, Walnut Creek. The appell- ant presented a brief slide show on the project to the Board. On recommendation of Supervisor McPeak, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the appeal of DESCO Group from Condition 14 of approval for Develop- ment Plan #3025-85 is GRANTED as recommended by the Planning Commiss- ion; and the Community Development Department is DIRECTED to work with all the developers in the Pleasant Hill Bart Station Specific Plan area to change their addresses to c the with the adopted policy of the Board to carry the address of the sphere of influence of the city in which they're located and to condition all future development in that area to reflect that policy.
