SUBJECT: Lease for Department of Agriculture and Building Inspection V1..11 �t�
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND APO JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Lease with
Delta Community Services, Inc. , for the premises at 724 Third
Street, Brentwood, for continued occupancy by the Department
of Agriculture and Building Inspection, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: . Payments required are to come from the
budgets of the Department of Agriculture and Building
Inspection.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space
as requested by the Department of Agriculture and Building
Inspection.
