HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08041987 - 1.8 /-8 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on August 4, 1987 by the following vote : AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson & McPeak NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 87/473 SUBJECT: Amending Subdivision Agreement , Subdivision 6475, Lafayette Area. The following modification of security to guarantee the road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code was presented for Board approval this date: Surety bond riders to increase the corporate surety bond with Lusk Homes -Lafayette as principal ( Bond No. SCR 7098232 ) dated July 10, 1986 , and issued by American Insurance Company, from the amounts $161 ,400 for faithful performance and $81 , 500 for labor and materials , to the amounts $227 , 286 for faithful performance and $113 ,643 for labor and materials . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Subdivision Agreement approved by the Board on July 29 , 1986, is hereby AMENDED to allow supplementation of the above-mentioned corporate surety bond .
